Your child’s wellbeing is at the forefront of everything we do at Hopes and Dreams. That’s why we employ staff who have a compassionate approach and understand the importance of following each child’s individual needs.
We are acutely aware that trusting your little one with a nursery is a big step and want to support you and your child on that journey the best we can.
Your Key Person will be essential during that process, working in partnership with you to build a secure and positive relationship with your child. They will monitor and provide for the holistic development of your child, recording their progress on reports that you can contribute towards and read at any time.
We regularly provide updates and communication so you can feel safe that your child is happy and developing well at Hopes and Dreams, and so that you have a means to ask any questions or raise concerns quickly and directly.
